- Please inform the cashier of your registered email ID with AirRewards at the time of purchase, to earn points.
- The purchase must be in the name of the AirRewards Member.
- Long-term rates, corporate rates, truck rates and rentals with an invoice less than $30 USD or equivalent in local currency are not eligible for points.
- To claim missing points (upto 6 months earlier), please email us your reservation number and AirRewards email ID at airrewards@airarabia.com.
- Points are issued only on the spends made on the time and mileage spent. Additional costs such as insurance, fees and other extras do not qualify for points.
