Passengers whose flights are affected due to restrictions imposed by respective authorities will automatically receive the full amount paid for the cancelled flight in the form of a credit voucher valid for 1 year on any Air Arabia flight.
You do not need to contact us if your flight is cancelled, please be assured that the amount paid will be automatically transferred to a credit voucher under the same reservation number.

Credit voucher terms and conditions:
- The credit voucher is valid for one year from the date of the cancelled flight.
- The credit voucher value can be used on a new booking for any Air Arabia flight.
- The credit voucher can be used by the same passenger.
- You can use your credit voucher throughout the year for multiple transactions if you wish to (up to its value).
