Passengers with special needs

Passengers travelling from/to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & Ras Al Khaimah-

Permanently disabled passengers are offered a complimentary wheelchair across Air Arabia network. This service is provided free of cost provided that the passenger is carrying a supporting document such as a medical certificate confirming the same.

All other passengers departing from the UAE who require a wheelchair will have to pay a charge of AED 50/ per passenger while all others departing from outstaion airports will be charged according to local airport fees. 

All Air Arabia aircraft cabin are fitted with a special wheelchair to help passengers with special need and elderly move inside the cabin. It is advised to inform Air Arabia while placing the booking, in order to prepare the required service in advance.

Passengers travelling from/to Morrocco-

Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility flying with Air Arabia who require a wheelchair, must notify us at the time of booking or as soon as they become aware that they will need special assistance and will be required to present supporting documents.


The notice must be done at least 48 hours prior to flight departure by contacting our call centre. We will try our best to provide the required assistance and if not we make an effort to accomodate you on another flight operated by our airline.
