As per the directive issued by the Ministry of Interior - Kuwait, all travelers holding Article 18 visas must obtain a valid Exit Permit via the Sahel application, approved by their employer, before departure.
Passengers without a valid Exit Permit will be denied boarding and may face clearance issues at passport control.
Polio Vaccination Requirement Passengers arriving from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kenya, Ethiopia or Somalia on or after 10th February must present a valid polio vaccination certificate issued at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. Exemptions apply to transit passengers who remain in the transit area for less than 12 hours.
Saudi citizens and residents are exempt from the vaccine requirement upon arrival in the Kingdom.
