Convert RBL Bank Reward Points

How to transfer your points
  1. Log in
    On the web: Log in to the RBL Bank Rewards portal.
    On the mobile app: Log in to the RBL Bank MyBank app.
  2. Navigate to Miles Transfer
    On the web: Go to Travel → Miles Transfer → select AirRewards.
    On the mobile app: Go to Offers & Rewards → Rewards → Redeem → select AirRewards.
  3. Link your AirRewards account
    If this is your first transfer, enter your valid AirRewards membership ID and complete the one-time OTP authentication.
  4. Convert your Reward Points
    Enter the number of RBL Bank Reward Points you wish to convert and confirm the transaction using an OTP.
  5. Receive your AirRewards points
    Once the transfer is successful, the points will be credited to your linked AirRewards account.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Only primary RBL Bank credit cardmembers can initiate a transfer. Add-on cardmembers are not eligible.
  2. Your RBL Bank credit card account must be active, unblocked and free of overdue balances.
  3. Your name and details on your RBL Bank credit card account and AirRewards account must match. A mismatch may cause a transfer request to be declined.
  4. An INR 99 redemption fee plus applicable taxes applies to World Safari Plus Credit Card redemption requests.
  5. Once a transfer request is initiated for processing, it is final and cannot be reversed or cancelled. Check your AirRewards membership ID before submitting it.
  6. Transferred points are subject to the AirRewards programme’s terms, including its rules on validity and expiry.
