Air Arabia Dividends from 2015 onwards:
Since 2015, ESCA (the relevant authority) has mandated dividend distributions to the stock markets. As Air Arabia is listed in Dubai Financial Market (DFM), DFM is responsible to distribute Air Arabia Dividends.
DFM gives two options to for distribution:
- through direct transfers to your bank account
- through "Ivestor cards" depending on your preference and request made to DFM
Please ensure that your details, along with your bank account details up to date with DFM. You may have them updated through your broker, or directly with DFM Through the following steps:
Log in www.dfm.ae go to EFORMS, Cash Dividends Request Form.
Dubai Financial Market (DFM) also provides, the ‘myACCOUNT’ service, a fintech solution enabling investors to seamlessly view and manage their dividends.
Dividends paid through the DFM myACCOUNT service can be accessed and managed by shareholders via the DFM eServices portal: https://esrv.dfm.ae/.
Once you have the details updated, you may request DFM to transfer any unclaimed dividends.
