Air Arabia introduces flights to Yanbu in KSA

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced today the introduction of a new flight destination in Saudi Arabia, from the carrier’s primary hub in Sharjah, UAE. Beginning November 1, 2011, Air Arabia will offer 3-weekly flights to Yanbu, making it easier and more convenient for passengers to travel between the two Countries.

Air Arabia introduces low cost pre-booked baggage policy

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced today that it has introduced a new online pre-booked baggage policy, enabling passengers to pay for only the baggage weight they need. The new policy, effective for all tickets purchased on or after July 1, 2012, allows passengers when booking a flight with Air Arabia to pre-book a checked baggage weight allowance (20kg, 30kg or 40kg), with no limitation on the number of pieces. 

Air Arabia Jordan goes operational with first flight to Kuwait

A new era of low-cost aviation in the Levant began today as the first Air Arabia Jordan flight departed its base at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. The airline’s inaugural flight to Kuwait City was marked by a ceremony attended by senior executives from the airline, the Jordanian aviation industry and member of the press.

Air Arabia Jordan launches direct flights to Riyadh

Amman, Jordan; April 05, 2016:  Air Arabia Jordan has announced the launch of a new route from Amman to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia effective April 14, 2016. Flights will be operational three times weekly. This will be Air Arabia Jordan’s first expansion in 2016 and Riyadh will be the third Saudi Arabian city to be serviced by the carrier after Dammam and Jeddah.

Air Arabia Jordan to begin operations in May 2015

Air Arabia kicks-off 10 year anniversary celebrations with special aircraft delivery

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, today unveiled a specially designed 10-year anniversary aircraft livery, which marks the beginning of the 10-year anniversary celebrations.
 
The 10-year anniversary livery is painted on the carrier’s Airbus A320 aircraft’s fuselage. The new livery was installed with the help of Air Arabia’s engineering team at the carrier’s state-of-the-art Hangar facility in Sharjah, marking a decade of successful operations.
