Air Arabia approves 6 per cent cash dividend at Annual General Meeting

Following the conclusion of Air Arabia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, a distribution of a 6 per cent cash dividend was approved.  
 
During the AGM, the assembly approved the report of the company’s auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2011. For the 12 months ending December 31, 2011, Air Arabia reported a net profit of AED 274 million. The assembly also approved the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts of the company for the same period.
 

Air Arabia approves 7 per cent cash dividend at Annual General Meeting

Following the conclusion of Air Arabia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) , a distribution of a 7 per cent cash dividend was approved. 


During the AGM, the assembly approved the report of the company’s auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2012. For the 12 months ending December 31, 2012, Air Arabia reported a net profit of AED 425 million. The assembly also approved the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts of the company for the same period.

Air Arabia awarded for customer innovation at first Aviation Achievement Awards

 

Air Arabia has been recognised at the first Aviation Achievement Awards for launching the MENA region’s first ever low-cost carrier (LCC) rewards programme. The airline took home the “Award for Customer Innovation” for Airewards, its customer loyalty program, which represented a major step forward in how LCC’s engage with customers when it was introduced in March 2015.

Air Arabia awarded ISO certification in Information Technology Service Management

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced that it has been awarded the ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 certificate in IT Service Management System

in recognition of high standards the company has achieved in implementing world class information technology services.

Air Arabia bags Best Low cost International Airline Award

Air Arabia, the first and largest low cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa was presented with the prestigious award for best low cost carrier – International at the Travel Agents Association of India Diamond Jubilee Celebration and TAAI Travel Award 2011 held at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai. The award was handed over by Mr Subhodkant Sahay, Union Minister of Tourism and Mr Iqbal Mulla, President of TAAI in the presence of over 800 Travel agents.
