How to convert your EI SmartMiles:

If you are an Emirates Islamic Bank cardholder, you can now convert your EI SmartMiles into AirRewards Points. Follow these simple steps:

• Log in to the EI Rewards App or visit eirewards.ae
• Click on the "Miles Exchange" tab
• Enter your details and submit. Your AirRewards Points will be transferred within 5 working days.

 

Exchange Rate:

10,000 EI SmartMiles = 1,750 AirRewards Points

 

Terms & Conditions

• Please allow 5 business days for your EI SmartMiles to be exchanged for AirRewards Points.
• Once the AirRewards Points transfer request is initiated, it cannot be transferred back to your EI Points account.
• The privilege to exchange EI SmartMiles is only available to EI customers who have enrolled in the AirRewards Program.
