Increase your inflight comfort by securing empty seats next to you on your flight.  A confirmed Optiontown Empty Seat Option (ESo) booking will entitle you to the exclusive right to use the empty seat or seats next to you for the entire duration of the flight! ESo can be purchased at a discounted price by individuals or groups.

• Traveling alone, you may choose 1 or 2 empty seats next to you
• For groups of  two passengers, you may choose 1 seat next to you or 2 seats next to each passenger on separate rows

 Using ESo:

1. Visit www.optiontown.com and sign-up for ESo after booking your ticket with Air Arabia
2. Select the number of seats you wish to reserve
3. If your ESo request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Optiontown
4. Produce a copy of the email at the time of check-in

* There are a limited number of ESo bookings allowed per flight. An early sign-up increases your chances of securing empty seats.

Signing up for ESo does not guarantee empty seat allocation and is subject to availability.  You will be notified via email of your empty seat assignment within 1 to 3 days but no later than 4 hours before the flight departure. An opportunity to fly in a seat of your choice!

The Optiontown Preferred Seat option (PSo) provides you with an opportunity to book your favorite seat on board our flights at a special discounted purchase price. You may select seats in the front row, next to the exit, aisle or window or any other seat as per your preference.

Using PSo:

1. Visit www.optiontown.com and sign-up for PSo after booking your ticket with Air Arabia
2. Select the seat you wish to reserve
3. If your PSo request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Optiontown
4. Produce a copy of the email at the time of check-in

You will be notified via email of your preferred seat assignment usually 1 to 3 days but no later than 4 hours before the flight departure. Already made a booking but prefer to fly on a different date or time? The Optiontown Preferred Flight Option (PFo) allows you to select an alternative flight at a nominal price while saving you the cost of rebooking.

Using PFo:

1. Visit www.optiontown.com and sign-up for PFo after booking your ticket with Air Arabia
2. Retrieve your original flight booking
3. Search and select your preferred flight
4. Complete PFo subscription by making a nominal payment
5. If your PFo request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Optiontown
6. Produce a copy of the email at the time of check-in

Important:

Signing up for PFo does not guarantee preferred flight allocation and is subject to flight availability. You will be notified via email of your preferred flight assignment 1 to 3 days before the flight departure, depending on your chosen PFo option. Book now and decide later!

Book a flight and travel with the flexibility of multiple flight dates using the Optiontown Multiple Booking Option (MBo)

MBo allows you to book one additional flight and decide (upto one day prior to departure) which of the two flights to fly on! Instead of booking two separate flights and paying for a cancellation, you can sign up for MBo at a nominal price and enjoy the freedom to choose flights according to your last minute travel requirements.

Your original booking remains unchanged until you take the final decision. If your desired flight is not available at present, please do check back again for availability.

Using MBo:

1. Visit www.optiontown.com and sign-up for MBo after booking your ticket with Air Arabia
2. Retrieve your original flight booking
3. Search and select your preferred alternative flight
4. Complete your MBo subscription by making a nominal payment
5. To confirm selected flight visit www.optiontown.com and login to MBo
6. Await email confirmation
7. At the time of check-in produce a printout of the MBo email confirmation along with a copy of your original flight ticket
