Lost or delayed baggage
At Air Arabia, we do our utmost to ensure your baggage arrives on time. However, if your luggage does not appear on the baggage belt upon arrival, please proceed immediately to the nearest Air Arabia baggage services office at your destination airport.
Our team will assist you by registering your baggage details into our tracing system and issuing a Baggage Claim Reference Number. Please retain this reference number for all future correspondence.
