Air Arabia has partnered with Blue Ribbon Bags to introduce a new service for Air Arabia customers to ensure their peace of mind while traveling.
Blue Ribbon Bags now enables passengers to receive real-time push notifications regarding the status of their baggage via email, SMS, & WhatsApp. This service can be purchased during the flight booking process and is designed to provide our customers with extra peace of mind when they travel.
Passengers will be able to:
- Track and expedite the return of their delayed baggage and receive automatic emails, SMS, & WhatsApp updates every time there is a change to the status of their bag in REAL-TIME.
- Recover all of their lost bags and make sure yno time is spent trying to recover information regarding their baggage from the airline.
- Receive AED 4,000 for each bag not recovered within 96 hours of flight landing, even if the bags are recovered at any point after the expiration of the 96 hour Service Period. In this event, passengers get to keep their baggage, and their BRB payment.
