Supplier Code of Conduct

Within the operations of AIR ARABIA Group, we engage with various business partners, including suppliers of products and services. Upholding strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices among our suppliers is a priority for us. The Supplier Code of Conduct of AIR ARABIA Group (referred to as "the Code") serves as a guideline for our suppliers, aiming at fostering broader enhancements in ESG performance for them, AIR ARABIA Group, and the communities we impact. We encourage our suppliers to establish their own policies and systems to promote and uphold their codes of conduct within their operations.

Ethical Standards Promotion

  • Compliance with anti-corruption laws
  • Refraining from offering or accepting bribes or kickbacks
  • Avoiding conflicts of interest and unethical behavior

Fair Dealing and Fair Competition

AIR ARABIA Group prohibits unfair practices such as price-fixing, forming cartels, and bid-rigging. Suppliers must comply with applicable anti-competition laws and refrain from obtaining information about competitors through unlawful means.

Data Privacy and Security

Suppliers must protect the privacy of AIR ARABIA Group's data and comply with data protection laws. They should secure data against unauthorized access or use and follow AIR ARABIA Group's instructions on data retention and destruction practices.

Treating Customers Fairly

Suppliers are expected to represent AIR ARABIA Group's products and services accurately and not engage in any deceptive practices.

Protecting Employee Rights

Suppliers must provide a fair and safe workplace environment, prohibit forced and child labor, and comply with minimum wage legislation. They should also respect employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are encouraged to comply with environmental legislation, minimize energy consumption, and reduce waste. They should report on environmental impact and engage stakeholders to improve environmental performance.

Monitoring and Review

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Code and monitoring their own supply chains accordingly. AIR ARABIA Group may conduct due diligence and investigations as needed.

Reporting Non-Compliance

Suppliers can report instances of non-compliance with this Code to AIR ARABIA Group's Compliance team or through the Ethics email at supplier@airarabia.com.
