Enjoy our airport meet and assist service, provided to you and your loved ones, to make your journey even simpler.

On departure, our Meet and Assist agents will be contacting passengers three hours prior to departure time to check on the approximate time they would arrive to the airport. The agent will then meet the passengers at the departure terminal and assist them through fast check-in and immigration procedures to the First and Business Class Lounges or direct to the gate for boarding. Porter assistance will also be provided in handling their check-in baggage up to the counters.
 
On arrival, the passengers are met by our Meet and Assist agents as soon as they disembark from the aircraft. They are guided through all the arrival procedures such as visa collection and eye-scan, wherever necessary and quick clearance of immigration; and finally porter assistance in collecting their baggage.
