1. What is air arabia’s procedure for delayed flights?
A. In the event of a delayed flight we make every effort to contact passengers in advance to inform them of the rescheduled departure.
2. What is air arabia’s policy if a flight is cancelled?
A. air arabia has 2 options available to passengers in the event that a flight is cancelled.
1. Passengers can be transferred to the next available air arabia flight without any additional charges.
2. The fare value of the flight can be retained as a credit for future travel with air arabia within one year of the original travel date.
3. Am I entitled to a refund if I cancel my flight?
A. No. Flights which are cancelled will be subject to a fee of AED 100 (or equivalent) per passenger, per sector. The residual amount will be credited to you towards a future flight on air arabia to be used within a year of your original booking.
