1. How does air arabia classify a passenger and an infant?

A. "Infants" are classified as those below 2 years old and "passengers" are those above 2 years. Each infant must be accompanied by an adult (i.e. in the ration of one infant to one adult). Infants under the age of 2 weeks cannot be accepted for travel.

2. What do I have to do if I am travelling with an infant?

A.. Infants may travel for AED 40 (or equivalent) per sector, provided they are seated on the lap of the person accompanying them. Infants from 6 months to 2 years may occupy a suitable and approved car-type safety seat and for which a separate seat must be purchased, at the applicable adult fare. If you are travelling with an infant and have booked a ticket on our website, please call our Call Centre nearest to you quoting your Confirmation Number and inform our staff that you are flying with an infant
