1. How do I search for flights and fares?
A. The flight and fare search is in the left hand section on each page in the booking engine. To start a search, select your departure and arrival destinations, dates and number of passengers. Then click on the ’search’ button. A new page will show a list of available flights and fares. Please note that availability changes continually, therefore fares cannot be guaranteed at a later time.
2. How does the online booking process work?
A. air arabia uses a simple and secure booking process that involves just six easy steps. The process is almost identical to that used by an agent in our call centre, except that you are in control and can search as many times as you like. Additionally, you are not committed to anything until you enter your credit card details and submit for payment, so you have the flexibility to explore all your options.
3. Is my booking and payment secure?
A. Yes, your booking and personal details are secure. We offer 128-bit encryption during our booking process, which scrambles sensitive data or information so that it can be securely transmitted across the Internet. 128-bit SSL is one of the most secure levels of encryption available. You will know when you have entered the secure area of our site when you see a padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.
4. How do I know if my booking was successful?
A. If you were shown a confirmation page with a Confirmation Number, then your booking was successful. You will also receive a confirmation email with your itinerary details. If for some reason you don’t receive the email, don’t worry. All you need to travel is the Confirmation Reference from your confirmation page as a booking reference and proof of your identity. air arabia does not issue tickets and all your details related to your booking are held in our computerized system under this unique reference. is a ticket-less airline so you don’t need to worry about the hassle of collecting your tickets.
