1. How do I book my flight?

A. You can make a new booking by any of the following methods: - Buy a seat online at www.airarabia.com. Call air arabia’s Call Centre nearest to you. Go to any air arabia’s walk-in airport sales stations or sales offices to purchase over the counter or visit one of our appointed Travel Agents.

• Visit one of our appointed Travel Agents.
Once your payment has been made, you will be issued a Confirmation Number and a Flight Itinerary will be emailed or faxed to you for your reference.

2. Do I receive a ticket when I book a seat on an air arabia flight?

A. No. air arabia does not issue tickets for travel so at the time your reservation is confirmed, you will be assigned a Confirmation Reference, which will also be on your itinerary. Please keep a record of this as the details relating to your booking will be held in our computerized system under this unique reference.

3. How do I pay for my booking?

A. There are four ways to pay for your air arabia booking:
1. Online booking via the internet using credit cards.
2. Pay for flights booked through the Call Centre, by credit card.
3. Pay for flights booked through the Call Centre by cash at UAE Exchange Houses in Dubai and Sharjah.
4. For seats purchased at air arabia’s walk-in airport stations or sales offices we accept cash and credit cards.
5. For seats purchased with one of air arabia’s preferred travel agents, kindly refer to the individual agent for details.
We accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

4. Can I change my reservation (route, date and time changes)?

A. If you wish to change any of the details of your booking e.g. route, date and time, you must inform us of your changes up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Changes to your booking will incur additional handling fee of AED 50 (or equivalent) per passenger per sector plus any difference in the total cost of the applicable flight. The change can be made by calling one of our Call Centres, at any of air arabia's walk-in airport stations and sales offices or at our appointed Travel Agents.

5. Can I purchase an open air arabia ticket?

A. No. All the chosen sectors must be booked and paid for at the same time.

6. In the event that I miss my onward flight as a result of my first flight being delayed, will air arabia put me on next available flight or refund my ticket?

A. No, air arabia operates on a point-to-point basis and will not be held responsible for the consequence of any delays experienced while flying air arabia.

7. Is an air arabia booking valid for travel on other airlines?

A. No, all the bookings are solely for travel on air arabia.

8. What happens if my name is not on the list but I am sure I have made a booking?

A. If you have made a booking, you should have a Confirmation Number and flight details. If you cannot remember your Confirmation Number, you should mention your name, the same way when your booking was made.
