According to the laws and regulations of the Securities and Commodities Authority, and further to amendment of the Board of Directors to resolution (23/2), the investors now have the option to select the mechanism for receiving their dividends approved by the General Assembly of the company.
In order to select an option out of the mechanisms listed underneath, please fill in the prescribed form (click here for form) and send it to the Dubai Financial Market via the email Dividendservices@dfm.ae
or contact DFM on 009714 3055555.
The distribution of profits will be carried out within one month from the date of dividend distribution approval by the General Assembly.
1. Direct Transfer of profits to the Investor's Bank Account, and that will be carried out through DFM in collaboration with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
To choose the direct transfer, kindly fill out form or the specific format , and append the data and documents required by the market, as described and forward to Dubai Financial Market via the e-mail Dividendservices@dfm.ae or through Fax on
043055189 or contact DFM on 00971 4 3055555.

2. Investor electronic card from Dubai Financial Market.
This is an electronic banking card issued by Dubai Financial Market. In order to request a card, please update your contact details to the Department of clearing, settlement and depository, the Dubai Financial Market, through:
- Send a text message to number 4800 includes the investor number, the name in English (as shown in the passport), along with full postal address.
- Shareholders outside United Arab Emirates, please send the details of the above to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively, please fill out the application available on the website of the market www.dfm.ae and submit it directly to the clearing, settlement and depository, the Dubai Financial Market.
3. Dividend check issued by the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
Dividend checks issued from the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and sent via registered mail to the addresses of investors as registered in the Dubai Financial Market. Please make sure that the mailing addresses recorded in DFM are correct and complete.
