Collecting your freight

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware that the freight is being sent. Where possible, Air Arabia sky cargo staff will advise the recipient when their freight has arrived at destination and where to collect them.

At many locations, Air Arabia employs a handling agent to accept goods for carriage and accept payment on its behalf. Before goods are released, all charges (including storage charges) must be paid.
