Cabin Crew

air arabia is expanding rapidly in the face of growing demand from its customer base. We received our certification last year to conduct our own training for aircraft familiarisation, first aid, general procedures, in-flight emergencies and service techniques and now completes cabin crew training in-house.

air arabia’s cabin crew is a testament to the international environment of the company; any chosen group of consists of different nationalities and speak a variety of languages between them. air arabia’s crew are a diverse group that hail from 29 different nationalities and speak 34 languages, so no matter which continent the airline’s customers are from there is a crew member that can speak their native language. The diversity of the crew’s background will benefit the air arabia customer by providing excellent service garnered in different industry backgrounds and customer service environments .

As the airline expands destinations and fleet of aircraft, this ability to train cabin crew in-house becomes crucial. We ensure that cabin crew undergo intensive training in all safety aspects, and with the training by air arabia staff it gives meaning to hands-on experience cabin crew get a real taste of the ultimate air arabia experience.

Cockpit crew

air arabia’s flight officers have joined this pioneer airline from multiple international airlines. The flight crew hails from nationalities as diverse as Colombia and Brazil in South America, many East and West European nations, Australia, Sudan, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman , Tunisia , Algeria , USA , Canada , and Jamaica . Several of our Captains have been flying for over 20 years each with experience in international airline operations worldwide, including considerable regional familiarity.

All our pilots undergo rigorous training and testing every six months in an A320 simulator, further enhanced by annual line flight checking and ground-based safety training. This breadth and depth of experience, bolstered by our ongoing training and testing program, ensures very high professional and safety standards in our operation.
