SALES EXECUTIVE - KSA

Purpose
Sell the concept of Air Arabia customer services to travel agents and gain their commitment to promote them.

Main Responsibilities
To manage and develop sales among travel agents, online portals and companies in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, western province.
•Identifies key contacts, influencers and decision makers in travel agencies; makes appointments and conducts meetings to persuade them to promote Air Arabia products and services.
•Generates sales agreements and sends them to prospective clients [travel agents].
•Increase distribution by identifying and enrolling new sales agents and looking at alternative distribution channels.
•Provides monthly reports on agents performance and discusses positive and negative results with them so as to take corrective actions, where necessary.
•Trains travel agent staff in Air Arabia ethos, products and services; trains in how to process bookings.
•Keeps up-to-date with industry/competitor information including information concerning passenger trends and activities; keeps up a timely flow of key information to the Sales Manager.
•Identifies prospective locations for sales/promotion activities based on statistical analysis– informs the Sales Manager and ensures that Marketing is also informed, as appropriate.
•Proactively sources new avenues in developing and growing the business
•Promotes ancillary services effectively to all distribution outlets.

Desired Profile
Essential - Educated to Degree level.
3-4 years Airline Sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Skills in other languages an advantage.

CAPTAIN A320 - RBG BASE

Air Arabia Egypt is looking to hire Captains for its Alexandria hub who meet the below criteria :



Main Responsibilities
•Ensures that every flight is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Air Arabia Operations Manual. Specifically, this involves implementing and maintaining procedures necessary to ensure the safe and smooth operation of all flights undertaken in compliance with Air Arabia policies and Civil Air Regulations.
•To fly aircraft in accordance with submitted flight plans from one place to another taking into account the following key factors, in order of priority:
•Safety
•Efficiency
•Passenger comfort
•Ensures, within the safety constraints as detailed in the relevant sections of the Air Arabia Operations Manual, that the aircraft is flown so as to make most efficient and effective use of fuel during the flight.
•Ensures that the Air Arabia Operations Manual is distributed, accounted for, maintained, kept up to date, understood and complied with by Flight Crew.
•Possesses appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of the GCA, Sharjah Civil Aviation, Airbus company and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flights and Flight Crew.
•Undertakes additional, ground based tasks such as Safety Officer or Security Officer, as directed by the Director of Operations and in accordance with the provisions of Part A of the Air Arabia Operations Manual.

Desired Profile
•A minimum of 5000 hours as your total flying hours.
•A minimum of 800 hours Pilot-in-command on A320 and currently on A320.
•Must hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian CAA.

A 320 CADET PILOT (MPL)

CALL CENTRE AGENT

Purpose
To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for for our airline business. He/She would handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.

Main Responsibilities
• Takes calls from customers, potential customers, suppliers, agents and other making enquiries regarding the services and products of Air Arabia.
• Complete flight booking forms, prepare change of details, and issue flight ticket orders, using computers.
• Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel reservations/accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
• Determines charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.
• Obtains and examines all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions.
• Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Resolves customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money, and adjusting bills. Seeks approval of the Team Leader where applicable.
• Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Gathers information regarding customers needs, trends developing and other data which may be of interest to Marketing and Sales departments – feeds it back to the Call Centre Manager through Team Leaders.
• Meet the monthly ( Revenue, calls & quality ) targets to reach the max level of punctuality & productivity
• Understand the real call center concept activities & work in achieving it.

Desired Profile
• Candidate should ideally have completed High School
• Good Computer skills.
• Should be proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Should be analytical with good Math skills.
